Step 1:
From Outlook's Tools menu, select Services...

Step 2:
When the Services window appears, click the Add... button to continue.

For Server Type, select "Internet E-mail" and click the OK button.

Step 4:
Complete the fields on the General Tab as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain and your personal information. Click the Servers tab.

Step 5:
Complete the fields on the Server Tab as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain and your personal information. Make sure Remember Password and My server requires authentication checkboxes are checked. Click the OK button.

Step 6: Click the OK button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.

Congratulations! Your e-mail account has been setup.

Step 1:
From Outlook's Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts...

Step 2:
When the Services window appears, click once on the name
of the configuration you wish to edit so that the configuration is highlighted.
(For most users only one configuration will be listed. If you have old unused accounts listed you will want to delete the accounts, Outlook may encounter an error when trying to check an old unused account.)
Then click the Properties button to continue.

Click the OK button to complete the changes to your existing e-mail account configuration.
