Step 1:
From Outlook's Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts...

Step 2:
When the E-mail Accounts window appears, check the radio button next to
"Add a new e-mail account," then click the Next> button to continue.

Step 3:
Click the Add... button to create a new account.

Step 4:
For Server Type, select "POP3" and click the Next> button.

Step 5:
Complete the following form exactly as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain and your personal information. Click the More Settings... button to enter the final information.

Step 6: Complete the fields on the General Tab as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain. Click the Outgoing Server tab.

Step 7: Complete the form exactly as you see below. Click OK

Step 8: Once you have completed the form, you can click Test Account Settings... to have Outlook verify that everything is configured properly. You will get an email in your Inbox if the test was successful. Click Next.

Step 9:
Click the Finish button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.

When the E-mail Accounts window appears, check the radio button next to
"View or change existing e-mail accounts," then click the Next> button to continue.

Step 3:
When the E-mail Accounts window appears, click once on the name
of the configuration you wish to edit so that the configuration is highlighted.
(For most users only one configuration will be listed. If you have old unused accounts listed you will want to delete the accounts, Outlook may encounter an error when trying to check an old unused account.)
Then click the Change... button to continue.

Step 4:
You can now make changes to your account information. Once you have completed your changes click the More Settings... button.

Step 5: Complete the fields on the General Tab as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain. Click the Outgoing Server tab.

Step 6: Complete the form exactly as you see below. Click OK

Click the Next> button.

Click the Finish button to complete the changes to your existing e-mail account configuration.
